You are so correct about the ladyhawks miller, he is terrible at understanding the importance of sticking with what athletes he chose at the beginning of the season and helping them achieve thier goals and not worrying about his self centered image. He also allows politics in his system, meaning if some parents are buddies with him or do more he takes care of those athletes better and gets them playing time regardless if they deserve it or not.

depending on where you live, there should be some information on a eteamz website of teams in your area. The most important thing that we dealt with is finding a coach and coaches that care more about your daughters outcome and teamates outcome and wellbeing than if they win or not. Here in Western Washington we unfortunately have a lot of coaches who are selfish and think of themselves and wether or not they make it to nationals, instead of helping these young ladies get exposure to college coaches and taking the time to talk to college coaches about there players. If you live here in Western Washington stay away from the Ladyhawks miller 18 gold, the head coach is very self centered, and will not treat your daughter properly and will not work hard to help her get a scholorship, he worries more about winning and the stature of his teams name and himself and will do anything to accomplish this even at the cost and mental effect of his athletes. Even though you have paid the money and your daughter is working hard and dedicated, he will crap on her in a second if he can find or replace her with a better player even well into the season or at the end of the season.
