I have taped and analyzed swings for many of our key players as well as some of the better players we have seen last year in travel ball. Our team was 14U national traval squad. Found that swings were all excellent when swinging at good pitches in the zone. Swings/ mecnaics were poor when trying to hit pitched out of zone. Lessons learned... swing at good pitches and don't swing at bad pitches. If pitcher gets ahead 0-2 on you, and she's good, your in trouble. Good luck...
