I play softball and what I've found that worked best is Frogg Toggs. They are like rubber clothes and stay cold all the time no matter what the temperature is. All you do is stick it in cold water and ring it out. You can buy them at most sports stores.

put wash clothes in plastic bags with ice water keepthemin ice chest put them on face head an neck between innings also try spray bottles filled with ice water from icechest
