Can someone Please give me the definition of Coach or What is a coaches roll/responsibility to his team? This may seem like a silly ? but my daughter is in her 1st year of 12u Travel Ball. Recently in a parent meeting we were told the Coaches roll is not "to teach" I'm confused did I miss something along the way?I thought a coach is a person that Teaches,Improves,refines and Motivates his/her players Am I wrong? Please Help
